LeapQuest is a premium MBA & Master's admissions consulting firm helping students secure admits to the world's top business schools. We work with ambitious professionals applying to leading global universities, with MBA admissions being our primary focus.

We're looking for in-house Digital Marketing associate to build and scale our digital marketing function. If you enjoy taking ownership, experimenting with campaigns, and generating high-quality leads rather than simply managing social media pages, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta (Instagram/Facebook).
Create, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate qualified consultation leads.
Develop organic content strategies for LinkedIn and Instagram to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
Manage and optimize the company website, landing pages,



and lead capture forms.
Support SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Search Console.
Create marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools when required.
Track campaign performance, generate insights, and continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Research new acquisition channels, campaign ideas, and growth opportunities.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has
1–2 years of full-time experience in Digital Marketing (Greater than 10 months full-time experience in digital marketing is preferred)
Hands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Good understanding of lead generation funnels and campaign optimization.
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and campaign reporting.
Working knowledge of WordPress, landing pages, SEO
