Affluent-Service - Non Branch Banking team. The ideal candidate will build and
maintain solid relationships with affluent customers, offering tailored
financial solutions and exceptional service.
As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and
growing a portfolio of affluent customers, offering them a personalized banking
experience. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, providing
expert advice and guidance on a range of financial products and services. Your
role will involve understanding your clients' unique needs and goals, and
tailoring our bank's offerings to meet those requirements.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with affluent customers to understand
their financial needs and goals.
* Offer personalized financial solutions and advice to clients, ensuring their

* Proactively identify and address client needs, providing timely and accurate

integrated banking experience.

highest ethical standards.
* Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to promote the bank's products
and services to affluent customers.
* Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries
and resolving any issues or concerns.
Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
is preferred.
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relationship management or a similar role,
preferably in the banking industry.
