We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our social media presence, build brand awareness, increase engagement, and develop content strategies across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
* Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms.
* Create and manage monthly/weekly content calendars.
* Coordinate with the graphic design, video, content, and marketing teams for content creation.
* Write engaging captions, posts, and social media copy.
* Monitor trends, hashtags, viral content, and competitor activities.
* Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotional activities.
* Increase followers, engagement, reach, and overall brand visibility.
* Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
* Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
* Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.




* Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
* Support influencer collaborations and social media partnerships when required.

Requirements

* 2–5 years of experience in social media management.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, hashtags, and analytics.
* Creative mindset with robust content and storytelling skills.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
* Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
* Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools will be an advantage.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
