AEO/GEO Specialist

We are looking for an AEO/GEO Specialist who understands how search is evolving beyond traditional Google rankings. You will help our clients become more visible across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other AI-driven search experiences.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys SEO, content, research, AI search and digital marketing and wants to work in a fast-growing agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies for clients.
Research how AI search engines understand, source and recommend brands.
Identify opportunities to improve a client's visibility in AI-generated answers and recommendations.
Conduct keyword, entity, competitor and search-intent research.
Optimize website content, blogs, FAQs, landing pages and other digital assets for AI search.
Create content strategies focused on topical authority, expertise, relevance and entity visibility.




Work closely with SEO, content and performance marketing teams.
Monitor brand mentions and visibility across AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI search.
Analyse competitors' presence in traditional and AI search results.
Track AEO/GEO performance and prepare client reports.
Stay updated with changes in AI search, LLMs, SEO and search behaviour.
Experiment with current AEO/GEO techniques and convert learnings into repeatable agency processes.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, digital marketing or AEO/GEO.
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals — keywords, search intent, on-page SEO, technical basics and link building.
Understanding of how AI/LLM-based search works.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to understand a client's business and translate it into content/search strategies.
