Role Description The Vice President Human Resources role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for leading the HR function, defining HR strategy, and aligning people practices with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing HR policy development, managing employee relations and engagement,



supervising talent acquisition and workforce planning, and ensuring competitive and compliant employee benefits programs. The Vice President Human Resources will also manage HRIS implementation and optimization, lead performance management and learning initiatives, support leadership development and succession planning, and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements. The role requires close collaboration with senior leadership to foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that supports the company’s growth.
Qualifications
Robust foundation in Human Resources (HR) strategy and operations, including experience leading HR teams at a senior level.
Demonstrated expertise in HR Policies and compliance, with the ability to design, implement, and update policies aligned with local regulations and organizational goals.
