Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Lead Data Scientist / AI & Machine Learning Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Optimization, and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in predictive analytics, computer vision, NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud-based MLOps platforms, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions.
The role requires technical leadership, hands-on model development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to create measurable business value through data science and AI.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design, development, validation, and deployment of Machine Learning and Deep Learning solutions for complex business and industrial use cases.
Define data science strategies and select appropriate techniques across Machine Learning, Deep Learning,



Computer Vision, Optimization, NLP, and Generative AI.
Design and implement predictive, prescriptive, and optimization models using structured, semi-structured, time series, image, and video data.
Oversee the complete data science lifecycle, including data acquisition, exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model training, validation, and monitoring.
Drive production deployment and operationalization of AI solutions using MLOps frameworks on Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
Develop scalable analytics pipelines and AI applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
Lead development of optimization solutions using techniques such as Linear Programming, Quadratic Programming, Genetic Algorithms, and other advanced optimization methods.
Mentor and guide data scientists and machine learning engineers, promoting best practices in model dev
