We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Tech Support Engineer to join our team. The role involves campaign operations, customer engagement, data validation, reporting, and coordination between business and technical teams.
? Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end campaign setup, scheduling, and execution through Netcore
• Monitor and troubleshoot campaign performance issues
• Gather requirements from business teams and coordinate with technical teams
• Prepare, validate, and clean campaign data
• Use SQL and Excel for data validation and analysis
• Track campaign performance and maintain reports/dashboards
• Provide actionable insights and regular updates to stakeholders
?️ Required Skills:
• Solid hands-on SQL — joins, aggregations, filtering & data validation




• Advanced Excel — formulas, Pivot Tables & Lookups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ownership
⭐ Good to Have:
• Experience with Netcore or similar CRM/Marketing Automation tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong learning and adaptability skills
