Role Description The Merchandiser role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruppur. The Merchandiser will coordinate between buyers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of orders and alignment with quality standards. Daily responsibilities include planning product assortments, tracking order status, monitoring inventory, and preparing reports on sales and product performance. The role also involves analyzing market trends, supporting pricing and promotion decisions,



and collaborating with internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction and commercial results.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Sales and Retail experience to understand product performance, merchandising standards, and store-level requirements.
Marketing knowledge to support product positioning, promotions, and market trend analysis.
Attention to detail, basic knowledge of textiles or apparel, and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant merchandising or ERP tools.
Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Tiruppur and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
Relevant diploma or degree in Fashion, Textiles, Business, or a related field is preferred.
