As we expand our portfolio of industry-focused programmes and national online offerings, we are looking for a dynamic marketing leader to build and drive the next phase of BSD's growth.
The Role
We are looking for a Head – Marketing & Admissions Growth who can take ownership of the complete Marketing → Lead Generation → Counselling → Application → Admission funnel.
This is not a conventional social media or digital marketing role.
We are looking for a commercially driven marketing professional who can translate marketing investment into qualified enquiries, applications and student admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute BSD's overall marketing and admissions growth strategy.
- Lead Meta,
Google, YouTube and other digital acquisition campaigns.
- Develop programme-specific marketing strategies for campus and online programmes.
- Drive national digital acquisition for programmes such as Residential Architecture & Design.
- Improve website, landing-page and conversion performance.
- Build lead-generation, remarketing and WhatsApp/CRM funnels.
- Work closely with the Admissions team to improve lead-to-admission conversion.
- Manage and evaluate external marketing agencies and vendors.
- Develop BSD's content, social media and brand strategy.
- Build webinars, masterclasses, lead magnets and industry-focused campaigns.
- Use data and analytics to track CPL, qualified leads, applications, admissions and CAC.
- Identify new markets, audience segments and opportunities for programme growth.
- Build a strong, measurable and scalable marketing team.
