Role Description
We are hiring a Property Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
The ideal candidate will understand customer requirements, provide tailored property solutions, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets. The role also requires staying updated on market trends and offering clients valuable real estate insights.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with the purchase, sale, and rental of residential and commercial properties.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.




Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
Provide clients with professional guidance and end-to-end support throughout the transaction process.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate.
Proven sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
Valuable understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Previous experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
