Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position supports the sales team in achieving revenue targets, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence for Bayar’s Coffee products. Day-to-day work includes coordinating with distributors and retail partners, tracking sales performance, preparing reports,



and assisting in planning and executing sales campaigns and promotions. The role involves regular customer interactions, gathering market feedback, and collaborating with marketing and operations to ensure product availability and strong brand visibility. The Assistant Sales Manager will also help train and guide sales representatives, maintain accurate records in sales systems, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive growth in existing and new markets.
Qualifications
Sales and account management skills, including lead follow-up, relationship building, and negotiation.
Experience with retail or FMCG sales processes, distribution management, and territory development.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
Analytical abilities for interpreting sales data, preparing reports, and forecasting performance.
