We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Sales Engineer to expand our customer base by generating new business opportunities, conducting customer visits, understanding technical requirements, and converting prospects into long-term customers. The role involves extensive fieldwork, customer interaction, product demonstrations, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Business Development
Identify and generate current business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
Visit potential customers in assigned territories to introduce the company's products and solutions.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through regular follow-ups.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Sales & Customer Engagement
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations.
Explain product features, technical specifications, applications, and benefits to customers.




Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
Convert inquiries and leads into successful sales orders.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Customer Support
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and technical questions.
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Assist customers throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to successful delivery.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely support and follow-up.

Market Development
Identify new industries, customers, and market opportunities.
Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events whenever required.

Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM or company reporting syst
