We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive with agency experience to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns that convert attention into results across our client portfolio.

Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Executive will own the planning, execution, and reporting of paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, and other platforms) across multiple client accounts. This role requires prior agency-side experience managing several client accounts in parallel, and bridges creative output from our Social Media and PR teams with hard performance metrics, ensuring client budgets translate into measurable ROI.





Key Responsibilities
• Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest as applicable per client)
• Independently manage performance marketing for multiple client accounts simultaneously, each with distinct goals, budgets, and reporting cadences
• Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation for client-specific campaign goals
• Monitor daily campaign performance: CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate - and optimize bids/budgets accordingly
• Collaborate with the Social Media and Creative teams to align ad creatives/copy with performance data insights
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports directly to clients, with actionable insights and clear recommendations
• A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve campaign efficiency
