Associate Graphic Designer – Print & Production

Experience: 2-3 Years
Responsibilities • Design brochures, catalogues, flyers, standees, banners, posters, and other print marketing materials.
• Create engaging social media posts and digital creative for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Prepare print-ready artwork with proper CMYK color mode, bleed, and crop marks.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the printing team and vendors for smooth production.
• Revise designs based on feedback and project requirements.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Skills Required
• CorelDRAW
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
• Basic understanding of print production
• Creativity with robust attention to detail




• Good communication and time management skills
Preferred Skills
• Basic video editing using VN, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Basic knowledge of AI-powered design tools.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, with exposure to print and social media creative.
