Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The person will maintain visual standards aligned with the Emori brand, and ensure accurate product information is communicated to customers. Daily activities involve engaging with customers,



handling queries and concerns, managing billing and documentation, and coordinating promotional activities to drive footfall and sales.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, including experience meeting and exceeding store targets.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and handle customer queries effectively.
Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Experience, with the ability to create a welcoming, consultative, and inclusive store workplace.
Relevant experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or fashion is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; equivalent experience is valued.
