We are looking for a disciplined, mission-driven IT Consultant to join our technology consulting team. This role is ideal for candidates with an Army/Navy background who bring robust leadership, structured problem-solving, and hands-on technical exposure from defence IT, communications, or signals units, combined with civilian IT/consulting skills. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support technology solutions for clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze client business requirements and translate them into technical/IT solutions
Support end-to-end IT project delivery — planning, execution, testing, and deployment
Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems, networks, and infrastructure (as applicable)
Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and process workflows
Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
Apply structured, disciplined project management practices (a strength typically developed through military service)




Ensure compliance with data security, information assurance, and organizational IT policies
Lead or support teams under pressure, in time-critical or high-stakes environments
Continuously identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior service in Indian Army / Indian Navy (or equivalent Armed Forces), preferably in IT, Signals, Communications, Electronics, or Technical Corps
Working knowledge of IT fundamentals: networking, systems administration, hardware/software troubleshooting
Exposure to at least one of the following: cybersecurity basics, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), ERP systems, databases, or programming/scripting
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven leadership, team management, and crisis-handling ability from service background
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/defence training certification
Relevant IT certifications prefe
