Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Operations Executive Intern to support day-to-day customer operations and platform support activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to SaaS operations, customer experience management, client onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced startup environment.The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, robust problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.





Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries via email, chat, and virtual meetings.
Assist customers with platform-related questions and provide timely, effective resolutions.
Support customer onboarding and help users successfully navigate and adopt the platform.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
Monitor customer tickets, follow up on open issues, and ensure timely closure.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and operational activities.
Identify recurring customer concerns and share actionable feedback with internal teams.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Support various operational tasks and projects as required by the business.
