What you’ll do

Maintain accurate books across multiple entities.
Reconcile transactions across bank and payment platforms.
Track revenue, refunds, subscriptions, chargebacks and expenses.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly P&L; and management reports.
Support payroll, contractor payments and vendor invoices.
Maintain clean, audit-ready financial records.
Coordinate with accountants on GST and tax filings.
Track ad spend, software costs and recurring subscriptions.
Support budgeting, cash flow and finance dashboards.
Identify and resolve discrepancies proactively.
Support ad-hoc finance and operational tasks.





Who we’re looking for

2–6 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting or finance operations.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and reconciliations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Highly organized and reliable.
Solid communication and responsiveness.
Comfortable working with multiple entities and payment platforms.

Useful but not required

Experience with international transactions, multi-currency accounting, startups, high-growth businesses, SaaS, ecommerce, subscription businesses, and building reporting systems from scratch.
