Job Description – Marketing Trainee
Location: Patia, Bhubaneswar
Work Mode: Hybrid — Not Remote
Role: Marketing Trainee
Trainee Period: 6 Months

What You’ll Do
Help build and grow brands from scratch
Work on branding, positioning and marketing campaigns
Manage and create content for social media
Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities
Work with basic marketing automation & AI tools
Coordinate with designers, creators, influencers and partners
Participate in field marketing, events, partnerships and outreach
Track campaign performance and suggest improvements
Work simultaneously across multiple brands and industries
Who We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of marketing & branding fundamentals
Creative and willing to experiment
Basic knowledge of automation, AI and digital marketing tools




Comfortable with social media and content creation
Must be comfortable doing field work with the team
Positive communication and execution skills
Ability to take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
Must have a personal laptop
Must be available to work from/around Patia, Bhubaneswar
Compensation
First 6 Months – Trainee Period:
₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
After Successful Completion:
₹30,000- 40,000/month
