Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Proposal Writer role based in Vadodara. The Proposal Writer will develop, write, and edit high-quality proposals in response to RFPs and other solicitation documents, ensuring alignment with client requirements and vTech’s offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts, collecting technical and business information, structuring content, and maintaining proposal libraries and templates. The role involves managing proposal timelines,



ensuring compliance with instructions, refining messaging for clarity and impact, and supporting continuous improvement of proposal processes and best practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Proposal Management and Proposal Writing skills to plan, coordinate, and produce compelling responses.
Candidates should possess solid Technical Writing and RFP interpretation skills to translate complex information into clear, compliant content.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and concise written and verbal communication.
Experience with IT services, government or public sector proposals (Federal, SLED, or commercial) is highly beneficial.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
