Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and multifaceted Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in paid advertising, organic content generation, and creative design. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engaging our audience across social platforms, and managing high-performing Google Ads campaigns to generate measurable ROI.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: End-to-end management of all corporate social media pages, including strategy development, calendar planning, community engagement, and performance tracking.
Content Generation: Conceptualise, write, and produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to various digital channels and target audiences.
Google Ads Management: Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video). Manage bidding strategies, conduct keyword research,



and monitor analytics to maximise conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.
Creative Design Direction: Design or oversee the creation of compelling visual assets for social media, ad creatives, and web content, ensuring strict alignment with brand identity.
Performance Reporting: Monitor cross-channel metrics, analyse campaign performance, and generate actionable reports to continuously refine the digital strategy.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years of proven, hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically managing multi-channel campaigns.
Paid Media Expertise: Deep technical understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem, conversion tracking, and campaign optimisation.
Design Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of creative design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma) with a sharp eye for visual storytelling.
