The Role

To support the reliable and cost-effective supply of products by coordinating purchase orders, forecasts, production updates and deliveries with assigned suppliers. The role maintains accurate ERP and supplier records, monitors performance and supply risks, and ensures timely communication across Sales,



Operations and other internal teams. It also supports issue resolution, supplier reviews and freight monitoring to improve delivery performance, maintain continuity of supply and minimise avoidable costs. The Person

Knowledge & Skills

* Written and spoken English with positive Communication Skills
* Time Management Skills
* Good Attention to Detail
* Proactive Team Player
* Proficient in MS Office (including, word, excel and outlook)

Experience & Qualification

* Science graduate / Postgraduate in Management
* Not essential (7-10 years desirable)

What will you be doing?

* Supplier Performance and Coordination
* Maintain regular communication with assigned suppliers regarding purchase orders, production progress, and expected dispatch dates.
* Update the ERP system accurately and promptly with the latest information received from suppliers.
* Provide relevant supply information to support the wider Sales
