About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead Go-Grab’s expansion across a defined region.
This is a hunter-style, high-ownership BD role . You will own the entire sales cycle — identifying high-potential locations, finding decision-makers, getting meetings, pitching Go-Grab, negotiating and closing partnerships that result in new machine deployments.
We are looking for someone who creates opportunities rather than waits for leads , is comfortable with cold outreach and rejection, and has the persistence to get deals across the line.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build a pipeline across colleges, universities, hostels, corporate offices, hospitals, gyms and other high-footfall locations .




- Identify and connect with key decision-makers.
- Own the complete BD cycle — lead generation → meetings → pitching → negotiation → closure → handover .
- Build long-term relationships with institutional decision-makers and develop the assigned region.
- Consistently achieve regional business development and deployment targets.

What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, institutional sales, enterprise sales, real estate, education, retail or similar. Exceptional candidates with less experience are welcome.
- Proven ability to generate leads, get meetings with decision-makers and close deals .
- Robust communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- High ownership, persistence and a hunter mindset .
- Ability to work independently and navigate complex organisations.
- Willingness to start with major cities in your region and travel as Go-Grab expands
