Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will identify potential clients, generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns , and schedule meetings for the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who want to build a career in B2B sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Research target companies and identify key decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns,



and online research .
- Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha , and other lead generation tools.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements and business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture relationships and generate business opportunities.

Email & LinkedIn Outreach
- Send personalized email campaigns to prospective clients.
- Connect and engage with prospects through LinkedIn.
- Follow up through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
- Maintain qualified communication with potential clients.

CRM & Reporting
- Update and maintain lead information in the CRM system.
- Track daily outreach activities, responses, meetings scheduled, and lead status.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Ensure accurate and organized prospect data.
