We work closely with creators, brands, and internal teams to build scalable systems and grow our roster of brands and clients.
As we scale, we're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to work directly with the Founder and help drive X7 MGMT's next phase of growth.

About the Role -
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on business development, cold outreach, relationship building, and closing deals .
You'll be at the forefront of X7 MGMT's growth—identifying opportunities, generating leads, reaching out to brands and creators, nurturing relationships, and converting conversations into long-term business.




We're looking for someone who wants to play an active role in scaling a growing company rather than simply executing a checklist.

Key Responsibilities -

Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential clients, brands, creators, and partnership opportunities.
- Source qualified leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, email databases, industry directories, events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective clients and partners.
- Work with the Founder to continuously refine target client, creator, and brand profiles.

Cold Outreach & Client Acquisition
- Conduct consistent cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other relevant channels.
- Create personalized and compelling outreach messages and follow-up sequences.
- Manage outreach campaigns from initial contact through meeting booking.
- Maintain a consistent daily and weekly outreach cadence while tracking response and conversion rates.

Sales & Relationship Management
