We're Hiring | Accountant – Film, Television & OTT Production

At Sutradhaar Films , we're looking for an experienced Accountant who understands the unique financial ecosystem of the entertainment industry.
If you've worked in Bollywood, Television, OTT, Advertising, Music Videos, or Vertical Drama Productions , we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be responsible for:

✅ Production budgeting (Pre-production & Post-production)
✅ Budget sheet preparation and cost tracking
✅ On-set financial audits and expense monitoring
✅ Bill verification and approvals
✅ Vendor negotiations and payment coordination
✅ Cost control and financial reporting throughout production
✅ Works closely with production, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution

We're looking for someone who:

✔️ Has prior accounting experience in the entertainment industry
✔️ Understands production workflows and on-ground realities
✔️ Is detail-oriented,



organized, and financially disciplined
✔️ Can work independently and make sound financial decisions
✔️ Has strong negotiation and communication skills
✔️ Is comfortable working with multiple productions simultaneously

A small reality check:

The entertainment business is incredibly exciting—but it can also be demanding. Tight delivery schedules, extended shoot days, occasional weekend work, and last-minute production challenges are all part of creating excellent content.
