About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, people-focused and hands-on Cluster HR Manager to oversee HR operations across multiple locations in Punjab.
The ideal candidate will be a solid HR professional who understands the realities of a fast-paced, multi-unit hospitality environment and enjoys working closely with employees, managers and operational teams.
This is a highly field-oriented role requiring extensive travel across Punjab to support multiple outlets, strengthen people practices and ensure a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple locations in Punjab.
- Partner closely with Operations and Unit Managers on people-related matters.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning across locations.
- Ensure timely hiring and deployment of employees in line with business requirements.




- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Support performance management, appraisals and career development processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.
- Monitor attendance, leave, payroll inputs and other HR processes.
- Conduct regular visits to outlets and locations to understand ground-level employee concerns.
- Identify HR challenges and provide practical solutions to operational teams.
- Support training and development initiatives for employees and managers.
- Strengthen communication between corporate HR and frontline teams.
- Track key HR metrics including attrition, manpower strength, absenteeism and recruitment status.
