Role Description The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Vasai. This position is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing orders, preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, and coordinating communication with clients and internal departments. The Sales Coordinator will follow up on leads, track shipments and deliveries, and assist with resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner. The role also includes preparing sales reports, updating databases,



and helping ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations to meet company targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (such as spreadsheets, word processing, and email) and comfort working with sales or CRM systems.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused and skilled approach.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales, operations, and logistics teams and maintain accurate documentation.
Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role in HORECA or similar industries is an advantage.
Good numerical aptitude for handling quotations, pricing, and basic data analysis.
Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
