About Kapsy
Kapsy is a coaching and practice platform built for the way people actually learn: by doing, not just watching. Think MasterClass powered with practice – where a student in Trichy learns from a coach in Bangalore or Dubai, then rehearses, gets challenged weekly, and shows up to every live session fully prepared. The coach spreads their craft; we make sure the student practices well enough to receive it.
We're a quick-paced, zero-to-one startup based in Bangalore, building across a wide surface area – student experience, coach tooling, and the operations engine that ties them together. We're pre-launch and moving fast toward our first cohorts of coaches and students going live. Small team, high ownership, real product already in beta.
We serve the vast, underserved middle of learning – not first-graders, not Nobel laureates, but the enormous population that wants to get genuinely good at something: a dance form, a sport, a language, an instrument, a skill. Our coaches range from marquee names to passionate specialists who've gone full-time on their craft.



Our job is to bring them motivated, engaged students and give both sides the platform to make practice stick.

ROLE 01 Performance Marketing Manager
What you'll own
You'll build and run our paid acquisition engine from scratch – the machine that brings motivated students to our coaches. You'll own the full funnel: campaign strategy, ad creative direction, budget allocation, and the CAC/ROAS discipline that keeps it honest. This is a hands-on operator role: you'll be in the ad accounts daily, not managing someone who is.
Responsibilities
• Design, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging channels to drive student sign-ups per coach
• Own acquisition metrics end-to-end – CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, LTV signals – and report
