Role Description The Electrical Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role oversees electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities for renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, transmission, and substation systems. Day-to-day tasks include planning and assigning work to electrical teams, monitoring job progress, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and conducting inspections of electrical equipment and systems.



The Electrical Supervisor coordinates with project managers and engineers, reviews technical drawings, manages materials and tools, and resolves on-site issues to keep projects on schedule and within quality parameters. The role also involves training team members, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement of field practices.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
Candidates should possess Electrical Maintenance and Electrical Equipment skills to manage upkeep, troubleshooting, and secure operation of systems.
Candidates should possess Electricity and Electrical Engineering knowledge to interpret technical drawings, standards, and project specifications.
