About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Brand Manager who can take complete ownership of our brand and help build a strong, recognizable, and trusted brand presence.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating our business vision into a transparent brand strategy, compelling communication, impactful campaigns, and a consistent customer experience across digital and offline channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and measure business impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall brand strategy and positioning.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, tone, messaging, and visual communication.
- Plan and execute integrated brand and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with content, creative, social media, performance marketing, and sales teams.




- Develop content strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, website, email, and other relevant channels.
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies.
- Build campaigns that improve brand awareness, engagement, trust, and customer acquisition.
- Monitor brand performance and prepare regular reports using relevant marketing metrics.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, creators, vendors, and other external partners when required.
- Continuously experiment with new ideas, formats, channels, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure every customer touchpoint reflects the desired brand experience.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, storytelling, and consumer psychology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
