Role: US Property Accountant
Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Schedule: Night shift

Job description:
Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive management of accounts payable and receivable
Payroll processing and monitoring
Detailed vendor invoice analysis and filing
In-depth vendor statement reconciliation
Development of vendor payment schedules with strategic credit management
Coordination and finalization of month-end closing procedures
Financial reporting and analysis

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:
3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience




Robust working knowledge of QuickBooks
Solid understanding of accounting principles, including:
Income Statements
Balance Sheets
Assets and Liabilities
Journal Entries
Bank Reconciliations
Accounts Receivable
Experience posting loan payments with proper allocation between principal and interest
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data organization, and financial reporting
Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to 100% accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to complete tasks efficiently
Comfortable learning new software and adapting to evolving processes
