Role Description The Architect role at Studio AAKAARA is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and coordinating interior and landscape design elements as needed. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, translating requirements into design solutions, producing construction documentation, and collaborating with consultants and contractors. The role also involves site visits, monitoring design execution, assisting in project scheduling, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.



The Architect will contribute to design reviews, support presentation materials, and participate in team discussions to refine project outcomes.
Qualifications
Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically sound, and buildable solutions.
Experience with project coordination and Project Management, including timelines, resources, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with Integration of architecture, interiors, and landscape design to deliver cohesive design outcomes.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic understanding of software workflows relevant to design.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
