Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai for Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Materials Sourcing professionals within the Real Estate (Builder) vertical, focused on building projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing construction activities at project sites, coordinating with contractors and vendors,



and ensuring work is executed as per design, safety standards, and quality requirements. Team members will monitor project progress, manage site documentation, support scheduling, and address on-site issues to keep projects on track. The role also involves sourcing building materials, negotiating with suppliers, optimizing costs, and maintaining inventory to support continuous construction operations. Collaboration with project management, procurement, and finance teams is essential to align site execution with project timelines and budgets.
