Role Description This is a full time, on-site Project Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare infrastructure projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams,



external vendors, and stakeholders, managing project schedules and resource allocation, and monitoring construction and commissioning activities. The role involves tracking project risks and issues, preparing progress reports, facilitating inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements. The Project Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement in processes, documentation, and communication to support efficient project delivery.
Qualifications
Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to track materials, equipment, and vendor deliverables.
Inspection and quality control experience to ensure adherence to technical, safety, and regulatory standards.
