Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the logistics sector. Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, understanding customer requirements, proposing suitable logistics solutions, and preparing quotations or commercial proposals. The role involves negotiating terms, closing deals, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.



The Sales Executive will also maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality, and provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.
Ability to understand and explain logistics solutions, pricing structures, and service offerings in clear, simple terms.
Comfort with lead generation, field visits, and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret customer needs and propose value-driven solutions.
