Role Description The Manager – Donor Development, Crowdfunding & Resource Mobilisation is a full-time, in office role based in Dwarka. The role involves designing and executing donor development strategies, including identifying prospective individual and institutional donors, nurturing relationships,



and ensuring sustained engagement and support. The manager will plan and manage crowdfunding campaigns, develop compelling narratives and outreach materials, and coordinate online and offline activities to maximize participation and contributions. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking fundraising performance, maintaining donor databases and documentation, preparing reports and presentations for leadership, and ensuring transparent, ethical resource mobilisation aligned with the mission of Veterans India. The role also includes collaborating with program, communications, and finance teams to integrate fundraising efforts with ongoing initiatives and events, and representing the organization at meetings, presentations, and public forums as needed.
