Role Description This is a full time remote role for an AWS DevOps Engineer. The AWS DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS to support Moneytos’ FinTech platform. Daily tasks include building and managing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure and deployments, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting production issues. The role also involves collaborating with software engineers, product teams, and security stakeholders to ensure high availability, resilience, and compliance of services. The engineer will contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing costs, enhancing observability, and implementing best practices for DevOps and cloud operations.

Qualifications




Candidates should possess strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills, including experience with tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
Candidates should possess Software Development skills, with proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Bash, or Node.js).
Candidates should possess Continuous Integration skills, including hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Candidates should possess System Administration and Linux skills, including managing, securing, and troubleshooting Linux-based servers in cloud environments.
Solid experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, ECS/EKS, Upgrading RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch) and cloud security best practices.
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus,
