The role involves supporting IB PYP learning through play-based activities and contributing to students’ academic, social, emotional and overall development.

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our IB School.



The candidate will work closely with the Homeroom Teacher to support classroom learning, student engagement and daily routines.

The role involves assisting with age-appropriate, inquiry-based and play-based learning experiences, preparing classroom resources, supporting individual and small-group activities, and encouraging students’ curiosity, creativity, independence and collaboration.

The Teaching Assistant will support effective classroom management and maintain a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment. The candidate will also contribute to student wellbeing, safety and development while working collaboratively with teachers, specialist staff and the wider school community.
