Role Description This is a full time, on-site Digital Marketing Intern role based in the Pune Division. The intern will support the marketing team in executing digital campaigns, focusing on social media channels, online promotions, and brand visibility for First Lens. Daily responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement,



assisting with paid campaigns, and tracking performance metrics. The role also involves basic web analytics, competitor research, and contributing ideas to improve customer reach and retention. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and help enhance the online customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, with the ability to create and manage campaigns across major platforms.
Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and Web Analytics, including tracking, reporting, and optimizing performance metrics.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to clarity, tone, and brand consistency.
Basic understanding of e-commerce or retail marketing, preferably in consumer products or fashion/lifestyle domains.
