Role Description The Sales Engineer role at Amco Bearings is a full time hybrid position based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the Sales Engineer will identify customer needs, present suitable bearing solutions, and prepare quotations and proposals that align with technical and commercial requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, providing technical support on product selection and application,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales service. The Sales Engineer will maintain detailed records of customer interactions, update sales pipelines, and contribute to sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building. The role also involves occasional on-site visits to customer locations to assess installations and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to understand mechanical components and industrial applications.
Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, including managing client relationships and handling inquiries effectively.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting solutions and collaborating with customers and internal teams.
