Role Description The Sr. Manager EHS will lead the Environment, Health,



and Safety function at the Anjar facility, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards. This full-time in office role includes developing, implementing, and monitoring EHS policies, procedures, and management systems across manufacturing operations. The role involves conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections; overseeing occupational health programs; and driving initiatives to prevent incidents, injuries, and environmental non-compliance. The Sr. Manager EHS will investigate accidents and near misses, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. The individual will design and deliver EHS training, promote safety culture, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and prepare reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
