Role Description The Creative Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kinfra Park Head Office, Kozhikode. This role is responsible for developing and executing creative marketing campaigns that communicate the perks and values of BGood honey across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day tasks include crafting brand narratives, leading creative direction for visuals and content, managing marketing calendars, and collaborating with design, sales,



and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging. The person in this role will analyze market trends and customer insights, oversee branding initiatives and promotional activities, and manage projects from concept to launch. The Creative Marketing Manager will also monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies, and help drive brand awareness and growth.
Qualifications
Strong creative strategy and creative direction skills, with the ability to turn brand values into compelling campaigns.
Marketing and branding expertise, including experience positioning products and building consistent brand identities.
Project management capabilities, with proven experience planning, coordinating, and delivering multi-channel marketing initiatives.
Experience in consumer products or wellness/FMCG is an advantage, especially in food or natural products.
