Role Description The Chinese Chef will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting authentic and contemporary Chinese cuisine for the hotel’s restaurant and banqueting operations.



This full-time, on-site role based in Vishakhapatnam includes designing menus, developing new dishes, and maintaining consistent food quality and portion standards. The Chinese Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations for the Chinese section, including ordering ingredients, managing inventory, and ensuring timely service. Responsibilities include training and guiding kitchen team members, enforcing hygiene and safety standards, and collaborating with the Executive Chef and restaurant leadership to deliver an exceptional guest dining experience. The role also involves monitoring food costs, minimizing waste, and supporting special events and promotions that showcase Chinese culinary offerings.
Qualifications
