Role Description The Information Technology Analyst is a part-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining IT systems that support booking, scheduling, customer communication, and internal operations. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring network connectivity, and coordinating with vendors or service providers when needed.



The analyst will assist in implementing and updating IT tools, performing data checks, and documenting recurring issues and solutions for continuous improvement. The role also involves clear communication with non-technical team members to explain issues, share best practices, and support smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret system data, identify patterns in issues, and support process improvements.
