The Role
We're looking for a Founding CTO who wants to build category-defining AI products from the ground up.
This is not a maintenance role. You will architect the company's technology, hire the engineering team, make product decisions, and work directly with the founders to build one of the first truly autonomous AI workforces for businesses.




You should be excited about solving hard engineering problems rather than managing existing systems.

Responsibilities
Own the company's technical vision and architecture
Build and lead the engineering organization
Ship products rapidly while maintaining engineering quality
Make technology decisions across AI, backend, infrastructure, and security
Work closely with founders on product strategy
Recruit exceptional engineers and build a high-performance engineering culture
Optimize for execution speed
