Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Facility & Maintenance Executive to manage day-to-day facility operations, maintenance activities, vendor coordination, and workplace safety across our office locations.



The ideal candidate will ensure that all facilities, utilities, equipment, and workplace services are maintained efficiently and in accordance with company and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate HVAC system maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs
Manage pest control services across all office locations and ensure timely preventive treatments
Coordinate and resolve electricity, electrical maintenance, and related utility issues
Manage building maintenance, facility repairs, and preventive maintenance activities
Oversee janitorial, housekeeping, and general workplace cleanliness services
Monitor and maintain thermostat systems to ensure appropriate office temperature and comfort
Manage lockbox installation, access, maintenance, and related records
Coordinate plumbing repairs, maintenance, and emergency plumbing requirements
Manage lease agreements, renewals, documentation, and coordination with
