About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Lead / Technical Lead to drive the end-to-end development, architecture, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise across frontend, backend, databases, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and team leadership, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications.
• Define and implement application architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor, manage,



and guide development teams to achieve project goals.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and management to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Drive system performance optimization, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining technical excellence.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies where appropriate.

Required Technical Skills

• Frontend: Angular, React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS.
• Backend: Java, Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets.
• Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipelines, Linux S
