? ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for experienced SAP Service Management professionals with strong expertise in Customer Service Management and end-to-end SAP Service Management implementations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent module knowledge, strong client-handling skills and the ability to work independently with clients.

? MUST-HAVE SKILLS

â 5+ years of relevant SAP Service Management experience

â Strong Customer Service Management experience

â End-to-end implementation experience

â Complete understanding of SAP Service Management module

â Robust configuration and implementation knowledge

â Ability to work independently with clients

â Good communication and stakeholder management skills





â Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Work on end-to-end SAP Service Management implementations

• Understand business requirements and provide SAP solutions

• Configure and support Customer Service Management processes

• Work independently with clients and stakeholders

• Analyze and resolve functional issues

• Support testing, deployment and post-go-live activities

• Collaborate with technical and functional teams

• Ensure successful delivery of SAP Service Management solutions
