SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Deemed to be University, a trendsetter & frontrunner in skilled education, invites applicants for the Faculty Positions in Management Courses.

The candidates with industry experience and scholarly aptitude to handle courses on Finance and Accounting are encouraged to apply.

The candidates must possess relevant industry experience and preferably with a Ph.D. qualification.

The candidates with academic experience must have a proven track record of teaching in Postgraduate Programs in Management.

The candidates with industry experience along with exposure to teaching, without Ph.D., will be considered for an Adjunct position.

Qualifying Criteria – PROFESSOR:

a. The candidate should be a Ph.D. with First Class (or an equivalent grade on a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in a Master’s Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant discipline.

AND

Minimum 10 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals

AND

Minimum Research Score of 120

AND





Successfully guided at least 2 doctoral candidates.

b. Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, of which at least 3 years shall be equivalent to Associate Professor.

OR

In the event, the candidate is from industry and the profession, the following shall constitute as essential:

i. A Ph.D. Degree with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in Master’s Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant discipline

OR
- A Ph.D. Degree with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in two years full-time PGDM declared equivalent by AIU / recognized by the AICTE / UGC.

OR

iii. First Class graduate and professionally qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost and Works Accountant / Company Secretary of the concerned statutory body.
